- Unannounced or uncleared visitors will not be permitted entry into the premises.

- Kindly ensure your visitors are aware of and respectful toward our security procedures.
- All interactions with security personnel should be conducted with courtesy and respect.
General Rules
- Videos and photos are permitted within the apartment for personal use only.
- Please do not eat or place food on the sofas.
- Maximum of 2 guest(s) permitted to stay overnight.
- Guests are expected to treat the property and shared spaces with care and respect.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
- All reservations are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in may qualify for partial refund subject to administrative and processing charges.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
- Date modifications are subject to apartment availability and applicable rate differences.
- Guests removed due to violation of house rules shall not be entitled to any refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.
Management Authority
- Management reserves the right to deny access, cancel bookings or terminate stays where necessary to protect the comfort, privacy and security of other guests and the property.
