Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms
  • All reservations are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in may qualify for partial refund subject to administrative and processing charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
  • Date modifications are subject to apartment availability and applicable rate differences.
  • Guests removed due to violation of house rules shall not be entitled to any refund.
Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.

  • Management reserves the right to deny access, cancel bookings or terminate stays where necessary to protect the comfort, privacy and security of other guests and the property.
